Meadowland Surveying, Inc. welcomes your request to review your survey information and compare it to ours.  We recognize that it is in the best interest of our profession and our clients to assure that surveys match between surveyors.  Our company policy regarding sharing survey information with other private surveying companies is as follows:

1. We will provide free records research to compare your corner positions and data to ours.
2. We will provide free records research to restore a particular corner that is missing but that we have record of in our office.
3. We will charge $70.00/hour for other records research, including research for projects on which you have not yet done any field work.  Although Meadowland Surveying, Inc. houses the office of Becker County Surveyor, Roy A. Smith, it is a privately owned company with privately owned records and, therefore, must charge a research fee in such cases in order to remain competitive with other private surveying companies.
